All Images Must Be:

Converted to CMYK
We accept .jpg, .tiff, .eps, .png and .pdf formats.
Made at 300dpi resolution
At least 1/4th inch bleed - for example, if you order a 4"x6" postcard, your canvas should be set to 4.25"x6.25". Remember to bring all of your images to the edge of the canvas. Everything within the 1/4" area is allowed for trimming (everything in this area will be cut off during the trim process).

To Place Your Order:

Go to the product page of your choice.
Determine the quanity of the product you would like to order.
Then, click on the price of the product of your choice.
You will then be taken to your shopping cart, where the product you selected will be placed.
You can continue to shop or proceed to checkout through our secure server.
After your order is placed, you will be directed to the area where you may upload your files.
Multiple orders of the same product? - To keep things simple, we ask that you place multiple orders, of the same product, separately.
After you complete your order, you will be taken to the area where you may upload your file.

File Submission - Clients may use various ways to submit their files to us:

Email - you may submit your files, if under 5MB, to submitfiles@uddsprinting.com.
FTP - For files over 5MB, we recommend uploading your files to our server. You may use the 'Upload Files' link at the top of this page to initiate the process. The password is 'urban' (all lowercase.
Mail - You may mail in your artwork on CD-ROM, Zip, or floppy disk to: Urban Dreams Design Studio, 45 Main Street, Suite 309, Brooklyn NY 11201.
